“Roger enjoyed Breath of Life so much. Every time I picked him up at the end of the day, he would tell me all about who was there and what went on. It gave him much-needed variety and socializing in his life. All his life he insisted he was anti-social, but he was so outgoing and interactive when he was around people, and Breath of Life gave him that opportunity”

A Day At Breath of Life

Providing Stimulating Fun Activities and Field Trips

A typical day at Breath of Life includes morning coffee social, Dice/Card games, Devotions, Lunch/Snacks, Live music, Field trips, Therapy dog visits, and so much more.

We believe it is vital to empower our participants to have a choice in options for what they want to do for the day. This increases self-esteem, taps into critical thinking, and ensures they don’t lose their “Voice”.

I have been a full-time caregiver to my husband for the past 15 years. Breath of Life has been precious to me and my husband. He loves the music, trivia, and all the great people that work and volunteer there. It is a blessing for me to have one day a week I can run errands or even do something just for me. Breath of life has been a mental lifesaver for both of us!

~Karen

Breath of Life has been very helpful to me as a caregiver and to Dave. It gives both of us some time apart. For Dave, he gets a change of scenery and different people to interact with. The staff at Breath of Life are great and caring.

"When it comes to elderly care, adult day care is the most affordable option for seniors who are in need of assistance, but do not wish to live in a residential facility."
